Yes, they're beautiful.
Because of the amount of bling on your head and ears, I would probably stay away from a necklace if I were you. A pretty cuff or delicate bracelet could be lovely, though.
I really LOVE the square earrings, but are these more appropriate with the tiara?
Or should I just keep the square earrings and change the tiara?

I think it looks beautiful. I would either go with the first pair of earrings or the third pair.
There seem to be several shapes of stones in the tiara, so any shape would work well. Like @trugem, I like the first pair and the third.
They're all gorgeous! If you already have the square ones I think those will be great! It's not like they're super square... the rounded edges make them work with the tiara. :)
