I think black would be a great contrast with the white. Dark grey might look a little random.
I really like the dark grey idea! I'm a fan of incorporating three colors instead of the matchy-matchy two.
I think black looks great with it! Def would not look like little bugs! Esp if you bought the long beaded pearls and have the girls double them up
Unless their shoes are grey or grey is one of your colors, I think I would go with black too. No matter what, you can usually never go wrong with black--it's so classic.

So here are the bridesmaid dresses:
None of the girls want a chunky necklace like the one in the picture. So I was thinking about getting them pearl drop necklaces and matching earrings. The question is... should I do black pearl or white pearl or maybe dark grey?
I'm leaning towards black, but I guess I'm afraid it'll look like a little black bug on their necks in the pictures lol. What do you think?
