Honestly, I would just pick from the breakfast menu, because A) I LOVE breakfast food, so I'm biased, and B) When I think of brunch, I think of breakfast foods, not lunch foods.
So very unhelpfully, I'd choose:
Spinach, Artichoke & Tomato Quiche, Potato Egg Casserole, and French Toast
Bacon, Biscuits and Gravy and Fruit Sald
Oooo yum, fooood!! Brunch is a really cute idea and I LOVE the choices, they sound so good!
Entrees: Either of the salads would be perfect (chicken or tuna), french toast or the omelet, and one of the quiches (my favorite is the spinach, artichoke, and tomato).
Sides: Pasta salad bc it's light, fruit salad, and croissants
Um it was realllly hard to narrow it down, especially with the breakfast foods!

I would choose:
Entrees:
French toast (people pleaser breakfast food)
Either Quiche (this could please breakfast lovers and non breakfast lovers alike)
And chicken or tuna salad (for the non breakfast lovers)
Sides:
Bacon (cause c'mon who doesnt love bacon)
Fruit salad (it goes with breakfast or lunch)
Assorted muffins (I think the assortment would add good variety)

FI has given me the final word on our brunch menu, because he likes any food and I'm the one having trouble deciding.
They have a Breakfast menu and a Lunch menu, so for Brunch I figured I would just choose a couple off each side but I simply cannot decide what combination makes the best Brunch. I don't know why I'm having such a hard time with it.
Help!?

(My only no-no is the BBQ... I love it, but I can't be tempted to eat it in a white dress!)
ETA: I get to pick 3 Entrees and 3 sides, altogether
