Definitely B.  I looked at both of the photographers and B definitely seems to have a more developed style. Photographer A seems to really edit the photographs. I do not think it is necessary to have two photographers, a very good photographer will be able to get all of the necessary shots by themselves. Also 6 hours should be plenty if your venue is all inclusive and you don’t have to worry about traveling to the ceremony, to the reception, etc.

i would definitely go with B, the poictures are far more interesting, better use of light and just a nicer style.

Not all photographers that do portrait photo’s of babies etc, can shoot weddings.. and clearly this one demonstrates that.

You may wish to clarify with either photographer what they mean by “copyright” on the images on your disc.  It is VERY VERY VERY RARE for a photographer to give up copyright.  It is the general practice for the photographer to license the use of their images to you.

When a photographer gives up copyright, they are essentially saying they didn’t take the shots.  Someone along the line is misusing the term.  I don’t want you to get into legal trouble over that.

@nellybee:  What venue are you getting married at? All inclusive as in the venue includes a photographer?

Ohhh I see, I thought the two were related. I would just email Red Bridge as soon as possible to give them the most time to reschedule the date. Let them know that you enjoyed working with them but feel you’d rather go in a different direction based on the engagement images and ask what the next steps would be to release them from their obligation.
