@MrsC2014:  Your wedding palette is beautiful. It has a very soft and airy feel. because of that softness, I would use the organza overlay. Make sure you choose one that is large enough in size to overhang a fair amount

on the sides of the table. Otherwise it looks skimpy.

Whatever color overlay you choose, you could choose one of the other colors in the same organza fabric to enclose the napkins. You simply cut the fabric to the same size square and fold them together. I wouldn’t let them place the napkins in the glasses like in your pic. It minimizes the impact of the color.

I think with the colored overlay, adding some colored flowers to the centerpieces, and napkin overlays, you will have all the color you need.

One other possibility would be to add crystal draping to the centerpieces. I can’t see them clearly enough to say that is even possible but colored crystal strands are available.

Are you planning on using any candles?

@MrsC2014:  I thin both chair covers and sashes are a complete waste of time, money and energy. We don’t tie sashes around chairs at any other time. Why do we think they are needed at weddings?

I would keep all the color on the tables.

@MrsC2014:  Blush or Mint chair ties!

Also, I agree with PP that the napkins would look better folded down than they do in the pic as you already have a tall flower arrangement on the table.

@MrsC2014:  Can you go to the venue and do a mockup? Add in the colored flowers to the centerpieces, take a sample overlay from the linen rental place, buy a small bit of organza fabric in your colors to wrap the napkins etc etc

A mockup is the best way to visualie the end product. Make an appointment with your venue and ask for china, crystal, silverware, tablecloth, napkins etc to be available.

@MrsC2014:  The chairs don’t need to go with your palette. Less than 5 minutes after your guests enter the room, the chairs will be covered by jackets, wraps and bodies.  The chair covers will give you a sea of white that detracts from your palette. The tables should be the center of attention, not the chairs. You can use all that money for something more important.

You can ask your photographer to pull away the chairs from one table to take a pic before the reception starts if they bother you that much.

If you have to choose where to spend your money, I’d choose real flowers in your color palette over adding colored linens and chair sashes.  Flowers will go a long way towards getting the look and feel you want for your wedding, and definitely more than the linens will.

Personally for my wedding, I had ivory linens, white chairs, and green napkins.  But the flowers were what made the room and drew everyone’s attention.  Even if you don’t have a large floral budget, real flowers are better than silk.  And adding tons of candles really ups the romantic atmosphere!

I’d recommend sticking with their standard linens, picking the green napkin (or whichever color they offer that’s closest to the one in your color palette), and then using pink, peach, and white flowers to tie everything together.  At the end of the day, no one really cares about the linens. Trust me, you won’t even care either!

@MrsC2014:  I only have a couple of the small, low-res ones with me on this computer.  But here you go!
