No one commented becasue you can’t see the pics
Sorry—they show up for me for some reason. I guess I’ll just post links and try to post the pics again… Thanks for letting me know!:
Wow. That dress in fantastic. Glad you put up the pics. How high is that slit?
Thanks! The slit starts really high, right at the bodice end, but the fabric overlaps so that you really can’t see anything until a little above the knee (thankfully!)
Is this what they sent you so you can OK it? I see a few problems, but I’m not sure what you want to know…
Yes, this is what they sent me in order to “okay” the dress. Definitely let me know what problems you see.
The bustline is lopsided , where one side is much bigger and wider than the other. Can you see it? The left , in the picture is very different.
The ‘V’ in the back doesn’t line up. What will the back enclosure be? A zipper? Buttons?
It’s a great dress,BTW.
Thanks! The top is intentionally asymmetrical; the back will have a zipper enclosure. This is the reception dress, so it’s a bit more fun 🙂
Here’s the inspiration photo:
Basically this dress…except white and with a more modest slit 🙂 I’ll let them know about the back v
Oh good! I wasn’t sure if I should say anything since it was so obvious to me. Intentional is good! 🙂
