I've narrowed it down to two pairs of shoes but I love them both and can't decide!! Here they are:
#1 Badgley Mischka "Goodie" in Blush Silk - Silk material is not shiny like the Lissa satin below, gold-toned brooch is really nice and blingy in person but not as much in photos.
#2 Badgley Mischka "Lissa" in Pink Satin - satin material is shiny which I like, brooch is super blingy and photographs great but the shape reminds me of a sun, the pink shade is a bit on the peachy side right?
And here they are side by side (#2 Lissa on the left, #1 Goodie on the right):
This is really hard but I like the 1st pair better. Theres something about the brooch that I think matches your dress better, they look more antique and fit well next to the lace.
I like the first pair, I really don't like the brooch on the second one, and I like that the first ones are less shiny
I still don't know what to do!! I like the brooch on the Goodie (#1) better but I like the satin look of the Lissa (#2) more. Also, I noticed that the Goodie (#1) has visible stitching...would that bother you? The Lissa has smooth satin with no visible stitching..

They are almost exactly the same. Get the one that costs less/has lower heel.
They're the same! I'm normally girlie and picky about details but those are seriously so similar it's irrelevant which you choose. They're stunning by the way, gorgeous!
@sofiekitty: I like the first one. I would also think about the edges of the brooch on the 2nd one catching on your lace and potentially ripping it. They're definitely spikier.
they are both so similar. i think you should pick the shoes that are more comfortable.
They're super similar but I think the one on the left has more coverage of there area so it would make your foot seem smaller since less skin would be showing above that part. If I make sense...
Definitely the first one! I agree with @HappilyEverAfter54: it just seems to fit better! Very pretty, too :)
They are both beautiful!
I wore the Lacie in pink satin. I preferred the lower heel, plus, in person the matte finish of the Goodie did not seem as "bridal" to me. But you really can't go wrong.

With that beautiful lace dress, I would go with the Goodie. The brooch style pairs with the lace perfectly...I love the intricate lace-like design! I wore a satin wedding dress with the shorter-heeled verson of the Lissa (Lacie), and I wish I would have found the Goodie first! It's a gorgeous shoe! :)
More pics since my photos yesterday were so annoyingly sideways...
#1 Goodie in Blush Silk (mattte pink material, nicer brooch, visible stitching):

#2 Lissa in Pink Satin - shiny satin material, bright blingy brooch but almost a sun-like shape, no visible stitching

I would go with Goodie. I completely understand and agree with you about the satin on Lissa though. The way I look at it, if that's the only reason why you prefer it, then go with Goodie.
OR, find a similar shoe that has the best of both worlds?
This is one the the things that only you, the bride, will notice and no one else will. Both are beautiful and look so similar. Go with the one which is the most comfortable.
@Pinkmoon: I think it might just look that way because the left ones are a size 10...they are almost double the size of the Goodie on the right so they just look bigger overall..
Note: Many have been commenting on a "lower heel" option but just so you all know, they are both the exact same shape/height. The Lissas only look taller because they are twice the size (size 10) as the Goodie (size 5.5).
@sofiekitty: Haha wow you're right, somehow I missed that very obvious clue the first time around. But the first ones are still my favorite I think, I like their brooch better.
I really like the #1 Goodie but I think what's throwing me off is that the #2 Lissas are so huge and don't look anything like my real shoes would be in a 5.5. I can order the 5.5 Lissas but that site doesn't do free shipping or returns so I might be out almost $20 for shipping both ways. I only ordered the size 10 because the website I got them from had free shipping both ways and that's the only size they had left....
My best guy friend (who is usually dead on about style and fashion) says he likes the Lissa (#2) better...but he seems to be really outnumbered. I am so confused!!
I voted the Lissa as I thought they looked really good next to your dress
So I showed my mom both pairs and I KNEW she was going to prefer the Goodie (#1) and at first she did. Then, when I tried on the Lissa (#2) she said "you know...those actually look really pretty on...they look much prettier than the Goodie". After that, she was ALL FOR the Lissa (#2). The satin material is nicer and the brooch is SUPER blingy and the shoe just feels more "bridal" than the Goodie.
I ordered the Lissa (#2) in my size today so I'm going to compare them one last time, side by side - but this time BOTH pairs in my size. The Lissa being a size 10 was just too big of a difference. The shoe is so HUGE that it just doesn't look right.
I'll keep you guys posted when the Lissa in my size arrives!!
@LittleRiver: I feel the same way about the finish on the Goodie. I love that shoe but the matte silk finish with the visible stitching just doesn't feel as glamourous or "bridal" to me either....
Super similar! You really can't go wrong but if I had to pick I woudl go with the Goodies. I really like the antiquy art deco look of the brooch.
They are both beautiful. I've read your posts throughout the thread, and I have a feeling you prefer Lissa. It'll be good to see it in your size, for sure.
IMHO, the "visible" stitching on #1 is NOT visible to anyone. Unless they are comparing side-by-side photos, which is done here but not in real life!
Happy hunting, have fun and go with your gut.
Since they're so similar, I would just pick based on whichever is more comfortable. Nobody is going to be looking at your shoes close enough to notice the visible stitching! :)
You guys are right. The visible stitching isn't going to be an issue...I guess I just keep picturing the garter toss - everyone will be able to see my shoes when my FI goes up my dress to get the garter and I feel like the Lissa (#2) will shine and stand out more from a distance.
Ahhh I am the most indecisive person ever! I feel like the Goodie (#1) does sort of match the vintage lace style of my dress a bit more....The problem is, I haven't finalized my other accessories yet.
If I go with this sash, then I think the Goodie (#1) will be a better match..

But if I go with either of these sashes, I feel like the Lissa (#2) would match better. What do you guys think??

Hello again ladies! Despite the popular vote for the Goodie shoe, I ended up with the Lissa and I am thrilled! I ordered the Lissa in my size (5.5) since the size 10 I had ordered before were so utterly huge, I could not get a good idea of how they would look on my feet. As soon as I opened the box and saw the luxurious shiny satin and the insanely blingy and amazing brooch, I knew these were the one! The Goodie just didn't stand out as much in person and the matte material just didn't feel "bridal" enough to me. Here they are - my darling Badgley Mischka Lissas in Pink Satin!!

I even messed around and did a shot with my ring :)

Great choice!!
@sofiekitty: what sash did you choose? And where are they from! They are dutiful sashes!
@desiree.0615: I still haven't decided on a sash but I'm definitely between the first and third pics above. They are from Etsy!
@sofiekitty: I am thinking of getting either Goodie or Lissa and having them dyed either lavendar or silver to match my wedding colors. The only thing that worries me is that I have heard that they are incredibly uncomfortable and I cannot find anywhere near my house to try on a pair. I wear heels all the time and generally do not have a problem with them. Did you think that these shoes were comfortable?
@jstacy_87: Honestly, they aren't the most comfortable shoe....but I am willing to sacrifice my feet because they are so stunning! I couldn't find them in person either so I ordered them from Heels.com because they have free shipping both ways so there's no shipping cost to receive them or ship them back. I actually bought a few pairs from that site just to compare and then returned all the ones I decided against. If you go to MyGlassSlipper.com, there's a section about dyed shoes and how they may not come out perfect....I'm sure they'd be fine but sometimes I guess the dye can bleed into the inside of the shoe or someting like that...They are really beautiful shoes though. I really had such a hard time choosing between Goodie and Lissa. I went with Lissa because the satin material just looked nicer to me and the brooch was way more blingy but that's just my personal preference. Both are super gorgeous!! Good luck!
@sofiekitty: Thanks for the info! I actually looked into myglassslipper.com a bit more and I don't think I am going to go the dye route. I am not so worried about dye getting on the inside of the shoe but the dye can bleed or run if it gets even a little bit wet, and my wedding is outside....I guess the search continues......
