My SO and I are looking to buy a house and are trying to get some things in storage before we buy a place and we are tying to figure out what type of bed we want.. I really dont want to buy one and then wish I had gotten a different one, I would love to hear your thoughts!
Thanks Bees 🙂
#1 Driftwood bedroom set
#2 ensemble only (bed & base)
#3 ensemble with an upholstered bedhead

@Brickette: I love #3 but that is definitely my personal style, I can’t really tell you what you or SO like or what will look good in your house 🙂

I like 3 it’s more my style:))))))
I’m not a fan if timber beds:(

I say go with #2 only because you can easily make an custom upholstered headboard. Just search pinterest for ideas or use plywood, cotton batting, a staple gun and fabric of your choice.

I voted for #3 because it would be the most versatile when it comes to decorating your home.

Driftwood allows you to attach ropes more easily 😉

I would never suggest that anyone buy a whole matching set- bed frame, side tables , dresser etc. It’s just too boring and bland.
I love the upholstered headboard. You can purchase the remaining pieces later, picking things that you love, not just what comes with the bed.

I picked 3 but I’m biased sinve we just got a similar one! I love it though – its classy and clean and versatile. I don’t love the look of matching sets and te upholstered bed switched things up and let’s you put other pieces with it.

I love #2 but I love clean, modern lines. I especially love it paired with the large art as a faux headboard! If you like a more traditional look, #3 is lovely.

I love number three. We have a bed similar to #2 (same idea) and I dislike not having a headboard lol. I dunno, I just think a headboard would make it nicer now.

i like the upholstered look the most because it is the most versatile. The second one is my favorite but it will only work if you have a good piece of art or something to put behind it because a blank wall is boring.

I like the driftwood, but I don’t like the idea of a whole set. Too much matching stuff.
#2 and #3 are both nice; just depends on your style, really. Do you want a headboard?
