First of all. I just have to tell you how JEALOUS I am of your amazing curls. My curls look so frizzy that I usually end up straightening it. Random, but what product do you use?!
Now down to the point--I really love the 2nd picture of the front poof, it looks SO beautiful. Frames your face just right. Option 2 is really pretty too though, very grecian. What kind of dress?? Formality of your wedding?
Definitely like #2. As PP said it frames your face and it looks more fancy for a wedding.
@KansasPrincess11: I just recently discovered the greatest product in the world. I use Samy curly hair mousse. It is 3.77 at walmart. It defines my curls so well without making them crunchy.
We have a pretty laid back type of wedding which is why I think I can get away with wearing my hair down. And I do agree that the front poof leaves the right amount of hair around my face which is more flattering. My dress isn't super formal or anything.
This is my dress...I am removing the bow and adding a rosette sash.

Thanks for the tip! It's officially on the grocery list. I hate the all day wet-dog look I get with some products.
LOVE the dress! I think it will look great with hair down! You're gorgeous and it's a great wedding day look for sure!
@KansasPrincess11: you might want to go on walmart's website and check to make sure they have that product in stock at your store. My closest store doesn't carry it but others near me do. I also believe some drug stores carry it. I've also found to shake it really really really good every time you use it or else once you get half way through the bottle, it gets really heavy in my hair. Hope you love it as much as I do.
@KLloyd1: Thank you!!! With all of our humidity lately I have been looking a little scraggly so I'll have to try it out! :D
I like the front poof. You could really dress it up with a headband, a flower clip, or a birdcage veil!
I am planning on a headband and birdcage veil I just didnt have it in those pics. I worry that option 2 just doesn't suit me well. It doesnt fit my personality. Option one is totally me.
@KLloyd1:we are dress twins! i took off the bow too and replaced it with a rosette flower.
I actually like #1, but if you wear your hair like that all the time maybe you should try something different for your wedding. These are kinda like #2 and look great!
I'd go with what you're most comfortable with. You don't want to look back on your wedding photos and think "that doesn't look like me." This is slightly different, but I wear glasses every day (have since I was 8). I thought about not wearing them for wedding pictures but I don't want to look back and not recognize myself!! Haha
#2 is lovely.
I use Sea Salt spray to tame my curls. I get it from amazon for like $15.
ETA-I just realized my avatar is a pic of me when I straightened it lol
I think you'll look great no matter what b/c you are adorable! Love your hair! I am more drawn towards number one though.
I like number one..... super cute and super you. And if you are having more of a casual and fun wedding then why not.
But if you pick number two, I also like it. Neither is bad.
I love number two! Your hair is so adorable, both work great but I love the look and volume that number two gives :)

Hi Bees!
I have been struggling with an idea for my hair for the wedding. I had been growing my hair out against my own will but recently decided I couldn't take the mullet anymore and chopped it off. I knew I didn't want an up-do and wanted my hair to look natural on my wedding day. I love my hair and didn't want to hide it all. I knew I wanted to wear it down somehow. Now here is where I need your help! I am trying to decide if I should do a front poof with a headband (the headband will be an accessory...with a birdcage veil attached). You can see what the headband will be similar to in the later pics, only it will be a different color. Or should I do it like the 2nd set of pics and do more volume towards the crown of my head? What do you like better?
Keep in mind that I did my own hair in all of these pics and I will have it done professionally for the wedding. I know I didn't do my hair well, I am just looking for overall ideas.
Option 1 (front poof). It would have a headband too. I'm just not sure this is special enough. I wear my hair like this a lot.
Or Option 2 (Volume in the back)
