I prefer the Winnie is general. However, it all depends on how it looks on you. Silk charmeuse is very difficult to pull off if you don't have a near perfect body.
what Meowkers said..... for me, the Winnie has vintage sultry charm that i really like but it doesnt suit every body shape and i love the beading work on the Casablanca, especially around the hemline

I like the first one! You would have to be a size 0 to pull off the second one!
With these 2 dresses, I'd really have to see you in them to make a final decision. I like the Winnie couture better in the 2 pictures, but the details on the Casablanca are washed out in the images I was able to find.

The Winnie Couture style is more of a blank canvas as far as accessorizing is concerned. Depending on what the beading is on the Casablanca, you will be more limited with options. I don't know how important that is to you.
The Winnie Couture does look more sultry/sexy/glam/ bride to me and the Casablanca looks more sweet. It all depends what look you are going for. I don't think you have to have a "perfect" body for the Winnie... the ruching around the top portion will make it more forgiving.
I went with the dress that made me feel most like a bride. A lot of the dresses out there feel like prom dresses in white or ivory, IMO. Have fun deciding! It is a thrilling experience! :)
Thanks for all the input! I went with the Winnie, I am very petite (street size zero) so the Winnie really worked for me. I feel glamerous and beautiful in it. If I can ever figure out how to post pictures, I will!
