Are these flat enough?

And maybe the flower could be replaced with some glitz by a cobbler on these

Overall, that's a tough list. I found lots of purple flats with no peep toe, and lots of dyeables with heels, but nothing with all of them. Good luck!
@AClaire: The first aren't flat enough, sadly.
Second pair though- I had seen those. I didn't even think about having the flower thing taken off. Thanks :)
you can easily add a shoe clip to these: http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104_035B018993620001P?vName=Shoes&cName=Womens&sName=View%20All&sid=KDx20091125x00001&srccode=cii_9324560&cpncode=18-65744019-2
this one has built-in bling:http://www.yesstyle.com/en/info.html/pid.1022554650
this rosette could be removed and replaced with a shoe clip:http://www.torrid.com/torrid/Shoes/Flats/Rosette-Peeptoe-Ballet-Flat--Purple-530656.jsp
more built in bling:http://www.endless.com/dp/B0035FZ4IK/ref=asc_df_B0035FZ4IK1211486?tag=endlesscj-20&creative=395021&linkCode=asn&creativeASIN=B0035FZ4IK
These are mine, I love them and I feel like they fit your criteria!! They are purple satin and look fancier in person. They're Nine West.

@julies1949: those Kmart ones are cute! I might have to try and track those down.
@OttawaBride2011: I like those too! Julies put them up above and now I wanna find them too. I hate buying online but I'm totally going to have to.
Thanks ladies :)
I think I found some.
I went to Nordstrom's today and they had two pairs I had looked at previous.
This is the pair I bought (they had to ship them to me though becuase my store didn't have the right color). I like them more in person than I do online, and they are very comfortable. The elastic is nice becuase I have super narrow feet and it helps them stay on.

These, which the lovely AClaire posted above, are second choice right now. Nordstrom's didn't have the purple in store, but I tried on another size and they are also very comfortable. The reviews on Zappo's show that they rub your toes weird- but I did not experience this in the store.

I am a little nervous the first ones, the ones I chose, dont' exactly go with my dress. These seem to be slightly modern to me and my dress is classic- but oh well I like them. I hope the size they are sending me fight jsut right :)

Shoes!!! Requirements.
1. Flat
2. Purple (relatively deep like eggplant) or dyeable
3. Peep toe
4. Some kind of rhinestone embelishment, or a way to use a shoe clip of some kind.
These are the ONLY ones I can find so far- they are ok.
These are the original ones I was going to wear. (Hollow to hem is slightly shorter than it's supposed to be. I had these shoes on when they measured.)
And here is a picture with "bling" that I like.
Thanks ladies :) (I'd like to stay under $100 but show me anything)
