Sounds familiar, kinda of like an Allure Bridals style. It would be a good start to look at the website of the store she was at and see which desingers they carry, you can most likely figure it out that way.
Thanks, I started looking on the shop's page but they carry almost 2 dozen designers so I thought the bee would be faster. I looked at the Allure ones and none of them match.

Hi bees! I went dress shopping with my sister in law today and she found a dress she loved but we failed to note a designer/style number. It was ivory satin, with a slight sweetheart neckline. It was asymmetrically ruched all over, fit and flare style, with a rosette swirling in the ruching towards the bottom. No beading or crystals, but there was another ruched rosette on the train and I think there may have been buttons on the back. Sound familiar to anyone?
