What if you hired someone to recreate the dress for you? That wasy you could get what you wanted but within your budget.

What was it about the ML dress that made you feel special and bride-like?  Maybe the girls here can help you find something similar in your budget.

Did a mermaid or trumpet dress make you feel like a hangar? I think something very fitted on top with the volume on the bottom would be a great silhouette for someone slender.

The Monet is a beautiful dress! I constantly troll used wedding dress sites (I have a bit of a problem) and I’ve seen it for sale quite a few times. While the prices are still above your range of 2000, you may want to consider it.

Here are some for sale:

For slender girls, the sheath style tends to knock ’em dead. The Monet is a sheath smile with a little bit of a flair at the bottom. So look for lacy sheath gowns…Watters, Casablanca.

Hope you find your dream dress! Good luck!
