With the whole pearl necklace and earrings idea, I love it. I am a huge fam of pearls. One of my good friends MADE the pearl necklaces she gave as bridesmaids presents. She bought inexpensive pearl beads and strung them together. Does that help?

It's not a solid strand, but a chain w/ pearls on it. She has a lot of different options and the necklace is beautiful!
I went to Walmart and bought my girls pearl earrings and necklaces. It was 3 bucks for the pearl studs and 7 bucks for the pearl necklaces. Pretty cheap and will do just fine for that day.

I am looking for a reasonably priced pearl necklace and earring set for my bridesmaids' gifts. I looked through Etsy but nothing seemed to quite fit the wedding, but if I would find something handmade from Etsy I'd love to get it. Our colors are pink, gold and ivory. Their dresses are rose-pink with an ivory lace band around the midriff and they will be wearing gold shoes.
