Sorry i dont know of anything too similer but this sottero is the closest I have seen as far as details on the skirt, it wider though and with a sash

Is it the shape you like or the patterning on the fabric or what?
I think with this unique of a dress it will be really hard to find anything else like it.
This is completely unrealted and most likely unhelpful but good grief does that model look hungry... for human flesh! seriously she looks like a starving zombie.
i LOVE the fit /style and wanted something that would pop .. so like a fitted evening type dress.

Claire Pettibone has a lot of dresses with 3D detail on the skirts...although if price is your concern she definitely isn't a solution =x

Check out Wtoo's Lilli, by Watters. I think it has a very similar top and a similar fit, but much less detailing on the bottom.
