This dress reminds me of the one in your pic. It's a 2006 Casa Blanca dress, the lace and the shoulders kinda match:) Hope this helps!
Unfortunately the pic is so small that I'm having trouble discerning much about the gown.
Could you email the bridal salon where you took the pic originally and ask if they know what gown it is?

@Tee: Thanks for the link! The dresses are really similar although I really really want the exact dress in the picture. I'll definitely keep that dress open as a second option.
@driftslikesmoke: Unfortunately that picture was taken a few years ago and I can't remember where I took it! :( I uploaded a slightly larger picture so hopefully the dress and its details will be more visible. For some reason larger versions of this picture will not upload successfully.

@mspanganiban: I think it actually might be a Pronovias dress. I see a lot of similar gowns on their website but not this one, unfortunately (this is probably from several seasons ago).

Hi,
I took this picture at a bridal store a few years ago but can't remember which store it was so can't contact them to get the designer/style info. Please help me find this dress!
