I have about 3 months before my wedding. I am trying to lose some weight but not a hugeamount. The one thing I need to work hard on is my wing arms. There is def some fat their but also a lot of loose skin and a lot of stretch marks. I’m not really sure how tackle this to get the best results. Any ideas of exercises or anything I can be doing?

kl1987: Do a lot of planks and pushups. I never liked doing them, but I did P90x a few years ago and my arms looked damn sexy.
If you can’t do a regular push up (I could only do 5 at the end of P90x..) do them on your knees.
Also, if you have weights/ bands do rows for your shoulders, and hold them behind your head for triceps. Triceps are typically where the flab is.

lose fat and do man push-ups. Thats about it!!

kl1987: I did a lot of pushups, planks, and tricept dips (on a safe chair/bench). Also like another Bee said, if you have any resistance bands you can always do a rowing motion.

If you belong to a gym, make the assisted pull-up and tricep dip machine your new BFF and work up to doing them without assistance! Keep up the cardio or your soon-to-be toned arms may sadly stay hidden!
