I am for some darned reason getting tired more often. Not sure why. Just am. Please give me a verbal kick in the badonkadonk ok! I haven’t worked out in 3 days.

Try actually getting some sleep!! Then kick your butt tomorrow when you feel rested. Although I make a point of going to the gym DESPITE not wanting to! Tell yourself "SO WHAT??"

Okay this may sound silly but what helps me is the pic on the front of my fridge of the hot Victoria’s Secret girl in the swimsuit I want to wear when I lose some more weight…and my size 6 jeans next to the one pair of size 16 jeans from my "bigger" days in the closet, AND remember that GREAT feeling you get on your way home from the gym???!!!! You can do it bellenga!!! Go to it gurl!!!!!

I will cut the pic up but I don’t want my son..*he’s 10*um…staring at it! I might put up a pic of one of them wearing a clingy dress or something though! He’s getting to a precarious age ya know!

Sleep is a hot commodity! I don’t sleep that much..will try MS to get some more zzz’s tonight. I do know it cuts down on Cortisol production that makes you hoarde belly fat…good suggestion!
Now sleeping to svelte? I CAN duuuu that! (said in Rob Schneider’s Guy sittin in the Stands in Waterboy voice)
