I know target has some lovely heels right now in gold but you could always find the glitter you want and DIY as well as painting the soles. No one will know unless you tell them. ;)

I love CL, but I don't think I could reasonably spend that much on shoes. Look around endless, zappos, 6pm, piperlime, etc. You'll be surprised what you find!
These are likely Paris Hilton shoes that have been bedazzled. Her shoes usually come with those pink soles.
This site says they are Louboutins but that there is a similar pair on Topshop.
I looked on Topshop but didn't see them.
