I’m hosting a bridal party at my house for them to get ready and need some help putting together some tunes for everyone to listen to while getting ready for the big day!
I asked the bride what she wanted and she said “Surprise me.”
I’m so clueless. Please lend me your suggestions!

@Helloemi: Music is so important, people really underestimate how influential it can be….
I would do an ecclectic mix:
The Flower Duet from Lakme.
Angel by Gavin Friday
Danse Macabre, Saint Saens
Into the Mystic by Van Morrison
Falling by Afro Celt Sound System
The Book of Love by Peter Gabriel
Crazy by Hunter Hayes
Going to the Chapel by the Dixie Cups
Love Me Do by the Beatles
Wild Horses by the Sundays
Then He Kissed Me, by The Crystals
When a Man Loves a Woman by Percy Sledge
…that’s a pretty good start…I just don’t know how long you need to get ready.

I’m a big fan of using pandora or spotify radio. Just enter in an artist or a “vibe” that you want, and they’ll make the playlist for you. On pandora there’s a “wedding, parties, anything” playlist that plays a lot of upbeat music.

just type in “Wedding Day” into Pandora and the playlist is PERFECT– we used it for my sister-in-law’s wedding last month and almost every song we were in love with & fit so perfectly for a mellow, relaxing, getting ready morning!
