I’ve been searching for months for “the” dress and I have narrowed it down to these two. The first is Allure 9007 and the second is Maggie Sottero Sydney.
Dress #2- Sydney I dont have pics of me in it.
I would order the dress in white .

They are very similar. I think I like the second one better. Not a fan of ballooned bottom On the first.

@Laurica: you’re at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore?!? Eileen helped me with my dress…loved her.
I’d go with the 2nd one – I’m not a fan of the down comforter look on the bottom of #1.

I agree that I like the draping effect on the bottom of Dress #2 more. They are similar enough that I’m sure it would look awesome on you, as the first one does!

Love the second one better. I’m sick to death of these mushroomy skirts.

My vote is for the second one! You look great in both I’m sure, but the draping in the second one is more flattering I think. The first one reminds me of cake layers lol

@MrsBudz2Bee: Yes that’s where I was lol… i think Tammy was the one who helped me, they were so sweet there.

I prefer the 2nd dress, the draping at the bottom of the first looks a bit too “down comforter” for me.

the bottom of dress one looks a little messy and unfinshed to me. I think dress #2 lays better

I like the bottom of #2 better

@Laurica: I also prefer the second one, because the bottom seems more elegant without the balloon skirt. You have an amazing figure and I am sure you will look just as gorgeous in the second one as you do in the first. Did you get to try it on?

The first looks great on you!

I was torn between those two dresses too! I actually bought the second one without even trying it on and it worked out perfectly. Glad I went with that choice. Just wished it had a little more bling to it, otherwise I think it is perfect. I was also worried about the “down comforter” look of the first one. I also liked the soft satin fabric of the Maggie dress vs. the rougher (possibly cheaper in appearance?) look of the Allure dress.

Love dress #2 maybe a more bling belt

@Laurica: i prefer Maggie Sottero’s Sydney. I don’t like the pick up, balloon-ing situation of the first one. I also tried it Sydney last week at a bridal salon. It is very pretty.
