I finally went dressing shopping today. I have narrrowed my favorites down to 5 dresses and have been able to find 3 of them online. They are so different, I am having a hard time choosing! By way of background: We are getting married at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico BUT not directly on the beach. Wedding is a 6 pm. I am 5’2″, 115 lbs and fairly curvy. I had added both front and back views.
Option 1 Essense of Australia:
Option 2 Enzoani:
Option 3 Allure:

@LyndaButterfly: The first dress is gorgeous and would be very appropriate for your venue. Do you have photos of yourself in any of the dresses?
@Astra: No, I don’t! Both bridal shops I went to won’t let you take a picture until you actually purchase the dress!

@LyndaButterfly: Any of these dresses would be gorgeous! I picked #1- love the back!!

Oh wow… definitely the 2nd! You can’t find a dress with a more beautiful back like that!

The back of the first one with the ruffles!

Honestly can’t judge well unless it’s on you. Especially when you are a foot shorter then the models in the pic

@alishaloo: unfortunately, neither of the shops would let me take pictures of the dresses. I really wish I could have as it would have helped me a lot on deciding.

I love 1 and 2.. I think 2 would be nice especially on a windy day. 3 is nice, but I don’t see it belonging in a beachy area

Hi there! I think we are almost body twins, I am about 5’0″ and 110 lbs. Curvy but toned. I voted for #3 but I think #1 is a close second! For me, #3 looks most undergarment-friendly (maybe for the others you could have sewn-in cups or a longline bra?) which would be a priority for me. Good luck and congrats to you and your FI!

@LyndaButterfly: I like the first two equally; the third is lovely too but less suitable for a beach wedding as it looks like it would be heavier and more constricting.
I chose #2 because it looks more like a dress that would look just as good in the day and the evening, so would look great at the reception, whereas #1 is more of a daytime dress. But that’s just splitting hairs – they are both stunning.

I love the first one, especially the back. I think it’s the most beach-appropriate, if that’s your top priority. #2 is a bit more glam, and I think #3 would be the least appropriate in terms of comfort/mobility, it looks harder to get around in.

All beautiful!!! I went for #1, though. I can really see that as a beach-side wedding dress. So pretty!

I really like the first dress…and it would look great on a curvy woman. Curves are definitely something that I wish I had. Fitted wedding dresses look the best when you have those hour glass curves. Again, dress 1 is my favorite.

Thanks everyone! I’m going to the stores tomorrow to try them on again and hopefully pick my wedding dress. Since the wedding is 6 months away, I don’t have a lot of time to go around picking dresses. I left it late because I didn’t want to give myself any time for dress regret.
I still don’t know which one I may pick. I love the back of the first dress but I don’t really love the front. The 2nd is gorgeous but more that 2x the cost of the other two and I wonder if it will show me being hot and sweaty in the Mexican heat! The 3rd is the most flattering because it’s super fitted. I didn’t find it that heavy or encumbering but it may get that way by the end of the evening.
So excited for tomorrow!
Now if anyone has pictures of real life women wearing these gowns I would be excited to see pictures. I’ve tried google and no hits!
