Help...I'm going crazy trying to pick a dress. My fiance and I are getting married at a destination wedding in Punta Cana on 4/8/2011. I'm having a terrible time deciding on my dress! One is the Maggie Sottero Jenna, which is very fun and the one that made me choke up when I tried it on. The other is Maggie Sottero Brianna, the dress that was my favorite through several stores of trying on until Jenna came around and is giving it a run for it's money. I think Brianna looks more like 'me', and maybe a little more beach appropriate since it's not so poofy on the bottom. However, I really like the ruffles of the Jenna and could probably have a layer of "fluff" taken out to make it less puff. Which one do you like better on me!?

I love them both, but I agree that the first one looks more "you." It just makes you glow! And I think it will look more appropriate on the beach as well!

Get the one that made you choke up, I bet if you go for the Brianna, you'll always have the Jenna in the back of your mind.

The Brianna was made for your body. Personally, I think it would be better for a beach wedding; and girl, your waist looks so tiny in it!
Brianna is more beach appropriate, and you just look absolutely stunning in it (as you do the other, but this one flatters you more I think). Good luck deciding and let us know which one you go pick!
I love the second and I think it sorta channels beachy. I love it. It shows your figure and still has a bit of flair!
I think you look gorgeous in both dresses! I tried on Brianna too (the fabric is so nice). I am having the same problem...I love 2 different dresses and I can't decide! Which one do you feel the most comfortable in? Did family or friends go with you to try on these dresses...did they say one or the other had the 'WOW' factor? In the end, go with the dress that makes you feel the most beautiful! It's your day and you will look amazing in either dress! :)
You look great in both but the first one looks more like you, not that I know you! Plus I can see you on the beach in the first one too! Good luck in your decision, they are both beautiful!
I think the first one looks as though it was made for you! It fits you perfectly and is a stunning dress - it's got that timeless, classic, elegant look but will still be perfect for a beach wedding. The second one also looks great on you but I the first one made me sigh and say 'wow'
I love both but I think the Briana is the one I like best and I would not remove a single ruffle! Seriously, you look great in both and you can't lose with picking either one.

I thought, since i love the jenna dress, that I would vote that one for you but them I seen the other dress on you and it looks amazing on you! Like wow! It does fantastic things for your figure!
I like them both, but I will admit that I really, really love mermaid style dresses with a cool, somewhat funky bottom, so I voted for the second dress.
The first one is more flattering and MUCH more appropriate for your venue, IMO.
My dress is Jenna (look at my posts and you can see pics) in fact there is another thread with lots of us in it. I also had another post on here like yours between Maggie's Coco (more streamlined) and the Jenna..the majority voted Coco..But I decided on Jenna...it really got the wow factor from myself and my family/friends.
I LOVE the second one! But I think the first one is more beachy!
Also, you did get an emotional reaction from the Jenna and so I worry that if you choose the Brianna because it fits the location you might regret not having the Jenna!

okay this is my honest reaction when I saw your pics. Brianna--"oh, how sweet she looks!" then scroll down to Jenna--"WOW! Now that is STUNNING!" The thinking process should conclude just here. Everything that makes you look and feel great will be appropriate for your wedding.
Both are stunning on you and you can't go wrong! But I like the Briana a bit more. I think it works a little better with your shape too. :)

This is a tough one; you look great in both dresses! I like #2, and I think if a layer was removed - like you had suggested, it would be perfecto for a destination wedding in the DR. #1 is very nice and classic but I like how # is a little more fun.

I think they both look great on you, but for the destination wedding you're describing, I feel brianna is a better fit for that style of wedding. I love the ruffles of jenna, but I would worry about them in the sand, as well as the logistical problem of getting jenna there without totally flattening the skirt
I would say number 1 especially if you got emotional trying it on. I will say that you look great in both so it would be a hard choice.
I love the Brianna on you. But I love the Jenna too. I think you love the Jenna more and thats the one you should get.

ya'll ...she said NUMBER TWO (JENNA) was the one that she got choked up in . the ruffles.
