we are planning a 5 nite 6 day honeymoon in SE ASIA, i am going nuts as we can't pick a place which has good rooms in our budget. our budget is lesser than 200 USD for a night. actually it would be great if we got a great deal for 150 usd per night.
so the places are bintan /genting islands & langkwai / phuket / krabi / koh samui / maldives / malaysia. go ahead give me yr fav place.
we want to laze around, not have much to do and would love to have a private pool or plunge pool or private jacuzzi in our room ;) ( u get the idea)
Thailand is lovely. I lived there for a summer... but I think for my buck, I'd prefer the Maldives personally. People there are so lovely, and the experience would seem to be more laid back.
We're going to Koh Racha and Bangkok! Check out theracha.com and then we found a hotel on trip advisor in bangkok. Koh Racha is a very small island off Phuket, so gorgeous but not overwhelmingly touristy!
