If you eat a clean and simple diet, you won’t have to worry about gluten. Tropical resorts are known for their wonderful fruits, vegetables, seafood etc.

If you are following this diet at home, you will know what to avoid.

What about going to florida or california? All the conveniences of home (plus some) but with a more tropical climate

I have Celiac Disease and we went to Maui for our honeymoon- there is a 100% gluten free restaurant in Kihei called Maui Brick Oven.

I believe one of the owners has Celiac and they make pizza, pasta, salads, burgers (with buns!) and even “beer” battered onion rings all gluten free with no risk of cross-contamination!

We ate there almost every night and even got a pizza to go on our last day so that I would have something to eat on the plane.

It is not a fancy place at all but the people are really friendly and it is amazing to be able to go to a restaurant and order whatever I want without worrying about getting sick!

Good luck in your search, and congratulations!
