I don’t like the petals!  I like all the combinations, but without petals.

I wouldn’t use fake petals, maybe some real flowers with it would look elegant

@lilhenry89:  We had flowers for each table as well as our bouquets for only $450.  We could have done it for $250, too, if we hadn’t gotten the ranunculus, which honestly we didn’t need.  You can order roses from Amazon.

I don’t like the petals. They’re too obviously fake.  Would it be possible to pick up a coupke of silk flowers and have a mirror with more tea lights amd just one or two bottles with a single silk bloom in them?

@lilhenry89:  since real flowers aren’t in your budget, why don’t you wrap a few of the bottle with wide green ribbon to incorporate the green or use green napkins. I agree with the PPs. I’d do with out the silk petals.

@lilhenry89:  or wrap some of the bottles in the green yarn/string instead of blue. I think that would be very pretty.

@lilhenry89:  i agree with pp regarding the petals.  they look fake.  ask you florist how much it would be to buy a bag of flower petals.  coloured pebbles may be another option instead of the petals.  you could also use more votives too.

i would like to see this arrangement not so symmetrical.  off set the bottles a bit.  the tall candle needs to come out of the “centre” of the wine bottles too.  the tallest thing should be in the centre.  i do like that the wine bottles are different heights.

are you putting anything in the wine bottles?  a stem, a branch?

@lilhenry89:  yes to the baby’s breath in the bottles and your candles, no Petals! That would look awesome! You can buy baby’s breath from the supermarket super cheap to do a mock up.

I also agree to no petals, and also no mirror. I think tying green ribbon around the bottles like @lina010 suggested is a good idea and its cheap to buy.
