I’m in desperate need of your help! I’m planning on just having an invitation. We have 3 different menu options for our quest and I know this is traditionally done on RSVP cards…but we’re choosing to opt out of cards to save money. I’m having guests RSVP via email or call. I’m having trouble with wording it. Any suggestions?
This is what I have right now
We look forward to celebrating with you.
Please RSVP by _______ using one of the following
Menu options: Chicken, fish, vegetarian.

Have you considered an online website RSVP service? We did our RSVP through WUFOO where you could add all kinds of options (had a buffet though, so no food choice but you could add it), you can see here: http://www.alexandyanawed.com/
On your invite, I would do something peppier such as:
“Please RSVP by ____ by emailing _____ or calling _____ and letting us know which delicious option you’d like for dinner.
Chicken Fish Vegetarian
We hope to see you there!”
You could even have little images like some people do next to each option of a little chicken, a little fish, a little veggie.
If you do a website link, I’d put the link in a second spot somewhere as well since as most brides learn, people are horrible at RSVPing.
