I don't think that either of these fabrics are terribly different. I think as long as all but one are silk or all but one are chiffon you will be okay!

My dress is charmeuse (S & M Adorae)and my bridesmaids are getting any dress they choose. Some have picked out chiffon and some have picked out a fabric similar to my dress... silky (all yellow). Will that look ok or should they all get chiffon or all get silk?
