I would talk to the vet and make sure its not a possible symptom of something having gone wrong

Call your vet. It’s possible she has a UTI.

When my lab started peeling in her crate, she had a UTI. Call your vet.

That is the first symptom of a UTI. Take her to the vet. It is hard to do, but take the bedding out of her crate completely. It will help with the training. Are you using vineger to clean the crate. I helps remove the odor which encourages a dog to go back to where they have peed before.

@NickysGirl14:  Perhaps the antibiotics are causing the UTI. My dog is prone to UTIs because she had to take a ton of antibiotics as a puppy when she almost died of kennel cough turned pneumonia.

Definitely call the vet. Does she have to be crated? 4 hours is a long time to be in a cage. I wouldn’t even consider going out and leaving a dog crated, for any length of time.

It’s not hard to develop a tolerance or resistance to an antibotic, in which case the antibiotic isn’t working at all. I am immune (and allergic) to ammoxocillian and my cat to Clavamox. Be sure to bring her bottle in to show what she’s gettin and how much. Maybe a medicine change will fix her right up. Unusual urination is a “telltale sign” of a UTI. Poor pup!

I vote possible UTI! there is also a chance on incontinence with a female spay, but since shes only peeing in her crate, i dont think thats it..
