    So, ladies.

I have big feet (or, as my Grandfather says, a big "under standing". Hardy har har).

I've had a heck of a time finding shoes that would accomidate the width and length of these suckers (I've got size 10 wide feet). I finally found my dream shoes - a red peep toe with a 2 1/2 inch heel. However, they're only sold at the Nine West in the states, and I'm up here in Canada.

Any suggestions on websites to look at? I've looked all over instyle.com, zappos.ca, ebay even. Nothing.

    Those are the beauties. Help!!

Nope. My only slight hope is that a friend of mine might be able to track them down in Vegas when she goes at New Years. But I don't want to put that much pressure on her... I'd much rather exhaust all of my other options before I start sending her shopping for me while she's on vacation.

Oh darn, I'm not much help, I'm in Ottawa. Let me see if I can find you something, I'm sure they're somewhere in Canada.

I know we have a Nine West store in Rideau, so try and find one there. Go in and ask if they can order them for you. Explain they're for your wedding but that it won't let you purchase them online. Sometimes in store has more power than online.

Oh! Good idea. I've already been to the Nine West in West Edmonton Mall, but I didn't think to ask if they could get them in for me...

I shall do that this weekend. Thanks!

I'm in Canada too and am a big fan of online shopping..but luckily two of my best friends (actually my MOH and one of my BMs) both live in the States so I ship to their addresses and they mail to me. However, since you say you don't have that option I would highly recommend looking into a mail forwarding service such as Bongo (bongous.com) or myus.com.

These sorts of services provide you with an American shipping address and then forward your shipments onto you..they are BRILLIANT! Just google "American shipping address" and you should find a bunch of info on it.

    That is genius!

I was looking at Nina too. I actually have a friend that gave me her brother's address to have them shipped to, and an American credit card to use. Did you find that the Nina shoes ran true to size?

Try Borderlinks!  I live in Canada as well and find some great stuff that doesn't ship to Canada (grrr!)...anyway, you can sign up with borderlinks and they provide you with a US address, and your shoes/order are shipped to that address, and then borderlinks recieves it and ships it to Canada.  There is a bit of a cost, but that's about as good as it gets unless you know someone who lives in the US. hehe...I ordered shoes from zappos, and thy are currently in transit...I'll let you know how it works out!! Good luck!...I hope that rambling made sense!

Bridetacular: I think they were true to size I can't remember for sure but what makes me think they were is that they were on the 8.5 sale rack haha so I'm going by that memory ;)

I have an online business and for my Canadian and International customers, I offer a shipping service called Bongo. The link is http://www.bongous.com/. They allow you to get a US address and then they forward your items to you where ever you are located. You might try checking them out to see if it would be an option for you. The online store that you purchase from will only know the address that you receive from Bongo. I have had it on my sites for a couple of years now and have not had any complaints.

Ok Update..Borderlinx is pretty pricey haha...So I wouldn't entirely recommend it unless it is something you absolutely have to have...and there is no other way to get it! :)

ah, thanks for posting your experience! I had actually tried borderlinx and bongo both in the past to get some stuff from target but oh boy I ended up paying more for shipping than what my stuff actually was worth..complete dissatisfaction! My friend had suggested using another co called Shipito and then gave them a shot..to my amazement they were pretty cheap. I found an online free shipping coupon. So they shipped it to the Shipito warehouse for free. All I payed is the int'l shipping plus the Shipito fee.. it was $8.50. It was a good expr!
