Weddingbee boards

I had my engagement pictures taken on August 2.  Upon leaving she said that it would take her 1-2 weeks to get the pictures processed and send me the disc with all the proofs on them as well as to post them online.  Towards the end of the second week I emailed her to see when she thought they would be done because I was getting anxious to see them.  After taking forever to respond she said by the end of the week for sure (talking about week 3).  Then I finally called her this weekend on Saturday (three weeks from the day she took the pictures!) and she said she had to finish them up on Sunday and would have them out in the mail Monday and posted online.

It's now going on Tuesday and I still haven't heard from her!!  I don't want to be too rude because she is doing our wedding pictures, but how do I get the point across that I need these pictures and she is way beyond the point she said she would have them done.

I'm really hoping to get my save the dates made and sent out in the next couple of weeks, but that isn't possible without these pictures.

Advice please??

Hi Brandy,
I'm just curious if you got the pictures sent out today or not, like you said.  And if so, are they online??

At first I was excited to see them and you said you would have them done in 1-2 weeks.
But now, after 3 weeks I actually need to have them so I can get our save the dates made and sent out, since we just blocked our hotel rooms and they're at an even lower price for a limited time.

Please let me know, and if not, how much longer you think it will take.

Not rude right?? What do I do though if she takes even longer??

And here is what I got back not more than 30 minutes later... and this is after midnight!!
