They have a lot of public parks and beaches, I’d start there and see if any of them have rental halls on site.

@octoberbride_dlw:  Honestly, I would rent a really big beach house (preferably one with a gazebo), a cheap dj, and pick a caterer!

@OnceUponATime:  I live in SC and looked into this when I first started planning. Beach house rental prices are beyond ridiculous, and most of them don’t allow weddings. I thought it sounded like a reasonable way to go, until I started getting details.

Hey you need to look into renting out a restraurant. This way you get the catering and everything done and can bring in a DJ. Let me know if you want to talk more. I am from the Myrtle Beach/Pawleys Island/Georgetown area.
