Since my wedding is mid-summer, I have started doing research on flowers that we can have for the wedding. So far I have resigned to the idea of peonies and will have lots of garden/cabbage roses. I recently ran into these cute fuzzy flowers and was wondering if anyone can ID them for me. Thanks so much!

It resembles a Protea flower of some sort, especially the second image.

@Hyperventilate: thanks for the thought, I think Protea is a large succulent. I think they are the size of an artichoke. These little fuzzy things are small. I do like protea, so unique but not in keeping with a romantic soft vibe I am going for. Anyone else know?

@swtvt712: There are many different kinds of protea. The pp is correct. This is a variety of protea called Blushing Bride.
