We just got married at Washington Irving's Sunnyside--where Washington Irving lived--and it was amazing.

Also, there are a ton of great venues in the newest issue of Westchester Weddings:

How many people will you be inviting/ expect to have come to your wedding?
Check out our working farm at VRBO.com number 238884. We have sheep, goats, and cows, and many wonderful settings to choose from for a wedding reception. Also, the wedding party and selected guests (as many as 12 comfortably) can stay in the manor house on the property as part of the package.

We just got engaged and thought we would do something fun like a farm, barn, or winery and once we started calling places and learning about the 10K+ site fees, we are getting really discouraged. Do you have any ideas of public beaches, amazing restaurants, farms, etc. that might work for us?? THANKS!
