I had my wedding at hotel fiesole in august and it was everything i wanted. the restaurant is so charming and i really liked having the bar so that our guests could get drinks and socialize. we had 100 guests and it was a bit tight but it created the feeling of a fancy dinner party which was what i wanted. abbey was very nice and answered all of my questions. we did not have any quality issues with the service like the other review and i am so grateful that we found hotel fiesole because it was perfect for us.

this really is a beautiful hotel with delicious food and the prices are very reasonable when you compare. you will not find a better town for a wedding – everything about it is charming and romantic. my advice is to go with your feeling. i loved my wedding dress but i did not get “oh my” moment but when i walked into hotel fiesole i just knew it was the place for our wedding.

and if you are still a little uneasy do what we did and go there for dinner before you make your final decision and try out the food and service and try to take a peak if there is another wedding going on.

good luck!!

My wife and I immediately knew this was the place to have our wedding. Abbey, our coordinator, was very nice, detailed, and organized, the most important things you want to have for a coordinator. Not only was this place affordable, it was beautiful. First we had dinner at the restaurant to make sure the food and service was up to par before we booked anything. Both the food and service was wonderful, I couldn’t believe how great the food was. The waitress was very attentive as well. Abbey was also attentive to even the smallest detail which for a groom and bride can be the biggest details that matter on the wedding day. On our wedding day, Abbey was wonderful and met at our every need, beyond what a coordinator would do. We even had valet service which was a great addition and guests enjoyed that small touch. The food and bartenders were superb, we still get compliments from friends of how wonderful the food was and how great the bartenders were. My wife and I literally had the best day of our lives and will remember forever, thank you Hotel Fiesole and Abbey!

We are considering this hotel for our wedding as well.  I want to have something a little more low key (I guess non-traditional) and am thinking of a cocktail reception instead of a sit-down dinner.  Did any of you out there just use the band/dj that is performing in the Rathskaller or did you supply your own?  Also, did you have your ceremony there?  If so, was it in the Stefano room and then was your reception in Mistral?  Any help/info is much appreciated.

By The Way, we just had dinner there last night in Bella Rosa.  It was noisy!!!!  But I think that was due to a small group of people that really didn’t look like they belonged there.  However, the food was REALLY good.  We had NY Strip and Salmon and then split creme brulee for dessert — FANTASTIC.

Hmmmm…, I honestly don’t care if I get slammed for this but really? Three new folks just to give advice on one venue? The untrusting one in me raises its head….just saying.
