HELP! Need Wedding venue St George Island/surronding area

Me and my fiance are looking to have a fun and simple wedding oustide. The wedding will be about 50 people and casual. We were thinking about having the ceramony on the beach or outside a beach house and then have the reception at a beach house, or something along the lines. We also were looking at any places in Sopchoppy or Crawfordville Fl, Maybe a cool barn or in the national forest thats nice.We are having difficulty finding a beach house to rent or any other places we could get married at. We are trying to keep the costs down, and hoping that anyone can give us some information or advice. THANKS
