Okay, we are less than 2 months out and October 17th is coming fast and hard. I got an email today from my soloist saying that she is having a hard time finding an arrangement of the song she is supposed to sing for the unity candle part of our service and I AM FREAKING.
FI and I are both encores and I have twins who are almost 6. Since we are going to be a blended family, the unity candle is even more important to me because of the roll my kids are playing in that part of our ceremony. My parents are going to help them light my side, FI's parents are going to light his side and then he and I are going to light the middle. The soloist is supposed to be singing "Yours, Mine and Ours". I just LOVE this song and it is perfect-the lyrics are absolutely perfect for blended families. She is an alto and can't find an arrangement (including piano music). We are getting married in the chapel of our church-which is small and has a piano, but no sound system bc of the size, so a CD isn't an option.
Can anyone help? I've looked all over the internet and either I'm looking in the wrong place, or it just simply doesn't exist. Suggestions?
