It doesn’t look like a princess cut to me.

Oops sorry read the other comment wrong. It does resemble a princess to me. The edges look a little sharper

I think it looks like a cushion cut e-ring.

Nope doesn’t look like a princess cut.

1. it is clearly not a 1:1 square ration like almost all princess cuts

2.  it doesn’t have the more “organized” facets of a princess cut but rather the lovely antique facet pattern of a cushion

3.  it is lovely and who cares if people don’t know a princess cut from a radiant from a cushion cut, doesn’t make it less beautiful.

4.  You know what cut it is and all of us eagle eyed diamond lovers will know it is a cushion as well

I can tell it’s not a princess cut but I do think that most people at first glance might thing “square = princess”.  My first thought might be radiant cute.    Either way, it’s beautiful so who gives!

I have a similar shape cushion and sometimes people think it’s a radiant, I’ve had people think it’s oval too (wtf?!), and even emerald. Don’t sweat it..the facts are a dead give away it’s not princess!
