    Hi Ladies

I'm in a terrible predicament! While we have our bridal photos taken, our guests will be dining on very expensive cocktail food on the gardens before retiring for dinner in the exquisite hall which is my wedding venue with the bridal party. Sounds good right? Problem: Our caterer doenst provide glassware. (!) They provide the plates and crockery, but not drinking glasses. Obviously I'm not going to deny my guests drinks - I've hired some glasses for the dinner, but at $1.50 per glass, and knowing full well that guests wouldn't bring in their used glass to re use at dinner, I'm not prepared to fork up extra $$$.

The only conclusion Fiance and I came up with is Paper, plastic or Styrofoam cups. Cheap, who cares if they break, I can recycle them, and makes clean up a breeze. This a going to be quite a family affair, so only tea and coffee, and juice/punch would be served.

Does anyone have any ideas at all that can make disposable cups look classy? I'm really at a loss :(

@YoungMrsUng: Oh my gosh, I'm going through a similar situation! A couple of Bees pointed me in the direction of www.smartyhadaparty.com and www.webrestaurantstore.com. They have tons of options for things like plastic tumblers that look really nice!

@SugarPlum: Oh wow they are even the cheapest cups on the first link are perfect! but I forgot to mention I live in New Zealand... and so many American sites don't ship to NZ, or charge me an arm and a leg in freight. :(

Good luck with your tumbler mission - you've made a kiwi bride very jealous!

@YoungMrsUng: HAHA I can't sleep tonight! Try www.costcutters.com.au (I think the whisky glass looks pretty nice!), www.plastictableware.com.au, www.eventsupplies.co.uk.
