so we only have about 3 weeks left, eek!!! Lol! But I need a bit of help. I still have no clue what to get my love for the wedding present. I’ve seen a watch, I kinda like it, but he never wears them and can’t while he’s at work because of chemicals and stuff. And I was thinking of getting him tool(s). However, he already has a lot of everything, but if I can find a cute saying or something to go with it I’d consider buying him another. EX: if I buy a stud finder; “For the stud in my life. I can’t wait to see you!” Etc, etc.
hes a “mans-man”. Tools, cars, meat and potatoes. He’s a detailed so he’s very picky on his car stuff.
Any help, advice??? Thank you! Ps: happy Memorial Day!

I personally love the watch. Its something that can be kept forever and passed down too. Just because he doesnt wear them all the time, it is a classic great gift. Imagine having that passed down to generations.
I got photo’s done for my hubby. I know this isnt ideal for everyone, but I know he is going to be absolutely inlove with them.
You could always make him a mix cd, with your favorate songs? Cheesy and cute!

CurlyCue: I like the toy car idea!!! He doesn’t drink alcohol however :/. I maybe can do something with his favorite drink or something?
SparklyBadger: we have a racetrack/casino by our house… Maybe?
Nikkimcq: I keep going back to the watch. I may do that and something fun or silly for him.

- Wedding: December 2014 - 13th ~ TN
Caila: My FI asked for a bottle of Gentleman’s Jack. If he is a drinker, or just an every so often person, his favorite alcohol might be a good route.

i think the wedding present should be something he has to keep – the booze will be had, the tools will get lost/ruined/updated etc.
i’d buy him a nice watch, cufflinks to wear at the wedding (and future weddings/events), or a special ‘thing’ that’s he’ll have forever – like a globe with all the countries you’ve visited, etc.

I got FI cufflinks that have a symbol on them that means something to us. It’s related to my nickname for him and goes with our wedding theme. We wanted to keep our gifts to each other simple but meaningful.
