Shoppyholic:  hi! How’d you chip your diamond?! That’s so scary.

my ring fits the description- it’s a 1.45 carat, H, VVS2, excellent cut/polish/symmetry in the Tiffany setting- sized 5.5

Shoppyholic:  thank you! Im pretty obsessed with it.

I think diamonds are more easily chipped if there are certain kinds of inclusions. If you get one with a clarity starting with a V it should be all good! Too bad about your original stone but its nice to make the best of it with an upgrade.

Shoppyholic:  My center diamond is a GIA-certified 1.51 carat round brilliant, triple excellent (cut, polish, and symmetry), F color, and SI-1 clarity (eye clean and does not impair the structure or strength of stone). My ring size is 5 3/4.

MrsBuesleBee:  every single time I see your ring I wish I had done a solitaire in my reset. But it just wasn’t the right look for me. Maybe I can convince my husband to get a moissy in a couple of years.

Shoppyholic:  so exciting!!!!!!! What size are you upgrading from? ARe you changing the look of the setting?
