Try envelopments.com they have something called portable pockets that I'm pretty sure will work perfectly for what you need. Good luck!
If you don't find something you like.... you could go with a ribbon on the back to kinda insert and hole everything together.... Just remember to keep your vision the way you want it because people are used to getting a bunch of different cards with invitations.

they have a pretty good selection of pockets and even pochettes (petal-style) pockets. you can also order samples of them to make sure that they match your invitation colours if you're planning to do that. i ordered a bunch of paper, cardstock & even 1 pochette/petal envelope from them and they were pretty cheap (samples, I mean).
their pockets start at $39.99 for 50
good luck!
I second cardsandpockets.com I used them for our wedding invitations and our programs and loved them.

Okay...I'm having trouble. I'm used to Googling something and it automatically showing up, but that's just not happening!
I spent an hour today designing our invitations from scratch, but I really need pockets to put all the inserts in. The last thing I want is for my guests to open their invites and it's a shower of cards at their feet!! I tried making my own pocket, but that just wasn't going to work!! With that said - does ANYONE where I can find pockets that I could attach (with double sided tape or what have you!!) to my invitations? Every place I've looked just comes up with the whole pocket invitation set and alllll I want is a pocket so I don't have to make my own!!
I know know know they have to be out there!!! HELP! :(
