We have the church, we have the restaurant, we have the plane tickets, the invites and etc. etc. and now we have no marriage license! How oh how does one get a license to be married there??? I have read numerous online sites, all the phone numbers to offices that I have called are disconnected and the public health dept search yields a certificate copy by mail only. What to do Bees? Btw, a language (Spanish) and time barrier (Eastern time v’s Pacific) also doesn’t help. Does anyone know or have any ideas on what to try next? Thanks,

Hello Tmarie! I read your post and I too am having the same issues. I am getting married at the cathedral in June and want to make sure I understand the process of the marriage license before it’s too late….. 🙂

Lucky girl the Cathedral! They wouldn’t consider us unless we came out prior and explained out previous divorces and had all Catholic documentation. One thing I can tell you is everyone swears that all will work out fine and just to go with the flow….
Stresses me out if I don’t have everything tied up beforehand. And No not everything is done even now, 38days till we leave! I call and I get nowhere…
Alas I have got this for you….
