JapChae would be ambitous as it involves a lot of cutting up of veg etc.Hope you find something on maangchi!

I think Bulgogi is fairly easy. The maangchi site the above poster recommended has a good recipe: http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/bulgogi

I think it’s yummy and good for a beginner. Good luck!!!

Bimbimbap (sp?) is very easy

kalbi is too

Is there a HMart near you? If so, they have all the meats and Korean BBQ sauces

Bibimbap is rice with vegetables on top and finished off with an egg and gojuchang (hot,red sauce).

BOKKEUMBAB is fried rice, actually very easy to make if you can find some Kimchi, and great for a potluck set up .
