It depends on what software you have access to. I saw a really pretty invitation on, I believe, weddingpaperdivas.com and it had a black chandelier. But you'd need to take it off of the invite so you'd probably need photoshop. This is probably not that helpful since its not royalty, duh... sorry!
I ran across some free chandelier vectors here: http://www.vecteezy.com/gallery?search=chandelier. You'll need illustrator to pull the image, but if you have a friend who has illustrator, they can make a jpeg for you to use for your designs in publisher. I have illustrator, so let me know if you run into a wall and need some help with that.
