"Please email your RSVP with the name of those attending by (date)." Is what I would say.

I am aware many have posted so forgive me... but HELP!
I am trying to think how to organize and word the rsvp properly. I am going to do RSVP by email, as we didn't pay for the feature on our wedding website (may regret it at the moment). The issue for me is, I am wanting to keep the wedding invite a single card, rather than a folder or pocket invite. I have the website listed on the invite template at the moment. My concern is some of the guests (a handful) will be "and guest" and some will not. How do I get around this?
Thanks bees
