I bought sandalwood fans from this site:

http://www.japaneseweddingfavors.com/hand_fans.asp

I researched a ton of different sources, and this was the cheapest, including shipping costs (I bought one pack of 100, and two packs of 10). My order arrived in less than a week.

The sandalwood fans are very pretty, and have a nice scent which is really subtle/light. There’s also a little loop so you can attach a ribbon or tag from them.

I bought palm fans from Bliss Weddings and I love them. If you are having a destination wedding, like me, make sure to save room in your luggage for them. They take up a lot more room than the little folding ones.

Where do you live?  I found a wholesale place in downtown Los Angeles that was selling those sandalwood fans for $0.45/each.  Let me know if you want the number.
