I have a problem so i sent out my invitations already with the venue name and zip code and now that is not the venue i am having it at.
There were a lot of decisions that were made into changing the venue last minute i have about 3 months till my wedding and i thought since most of my guests are from out of town it wouldn’t hurt to just sent an oops card with the new directions or even an evite with the info?
Should i send it only to the yes rsvp’s only? Because it was originally going to be on base and i needed everyone’s first and last name so that is the only way they were going to be able to get into my wedding
Like i said most of my guests are from out of town and also the original invitation didn’t have the address on it because it was going to be on base.

If I were in your shoes, I would do one of 2 things or both… If you have a Wedding Website, update your venue information on there and perhaps send a cute post card to your guests. Maybe others have better ideas…

I would do both things as blingybride said.

I had our venue cancel our wedding less than 2 months prior to the date, and 2 weeks after I had already sent out invitations. We booked a venue in the same general (30 mile) radius and sent out Change of Venue cards that matched our invitation suit with the new address and time to everyone (except those that had replied no – we were expecting those as they live across country).
That’s really all you can do. Really sorry you’re dealing with all of this!

I definitely love the postcard idea!!
I would send it to Yes guests and “yet to respond” guests.. Guests that replied No I wouldn’t bother with.

@SouthernTulip thanks for your advice since you have done this already!
