    Hi all!

We just set our wedding date, and it is in 5 months , and I haven't started shopping for my dress yet!

Does anyone know where to shop for wedding dresses that are UNDER $500 except DB??  Many thanks!!

Check out Dori Anne Veils in Castro Valley, Group USA in Milpitas Great Mall, and Trudy's. @ 5 months, you're probably looking to buy something off of the rack. Good luck with that! Message me if you need more tips, I bought my wedding dress less than 4 months before my wedding and managed to figure something out. :)

Don't buy your veils from bridal salons, there is a HUGE markup! Get it online, I found mine at bridal-veils.com :)

Also consider looking at bridesmaid dresses. Some of them are pretty elaborate, I even tried on few with trains. Most can be ordered in white or ivory, the cost is lower, and it takes less time to deliver (3 months as opposed to 6).

You can try to choose your wedding dress on line. I have some friends have good experience. Usually the price of the wedding dress in under $500 (as you want). She got a response to every email so she couldn't be happier with Peridress and I will be ordering bridesmaid dresses from here. I love the way it fits and the way it looks! I could not believe that ordering from china could be so great!

depending on type of dress, check out nordstroms.  their online offerings wont tell you much.  Make and appointment and go in and take a look....or just walk up to their wedding suite area and sift through the dresses to see if you like them.

the dresses can go up, but i tried some that were 300-500.
