I think the veil looks great!  My only suggestion would be to get a slightly shorter one that hits right at the ruffles, so that the veil and the ruffles don’t compete with each other.  I like the overall style though!

Your dress is gorgeous on you first of all!! Secondly, if you want the dress to be the star of your ensemble then I like this veil with it as it is very simole and lets the dress shine. However, if you want them to really complement each other (in that the veil stands out as much as the dress) I would maybe add some sparkle to veil to match your beading on the dress! I guess my answer is it depends on what you are going for haha

@jltoth:  I agree the veil would look better shorter.

I think it also look great to have an elbow length veil so it hit around your waist.  I love your dress tho!

You look so great in that dress! However, that veil seems to end at an odd spot.

I don’t think an ivory veil would clash.

However, if you really like the pink veil couldn’t you just have it shortened?

@Mint2Bee:  First off, love your’re going to make a beautiful bride!

I think the veil is amazing and is perfect for your ceremony. It gives such a romantic and gorgeous glaze. Love it, congratulations on finding it 🙂

With this style of dress, I would either go with a shorter veil or a really long one. My dress is made very similarly to yours, and I got a chapel-length cascade veil that ends just a bit past the edge of my train. In your case, I adore the color of the veil and I think it goes really well with your dress, so I would just have it shortened so that it doesn’t fall on the ruffles.

P.S. I love colored wedding dresses! Yours is fabulous!

I think it would look awesome with a shorter veil.

I’d just get that veil shortened. That dress is gorgeous, and I just think a shorter pink veil would be stunning.

I would skip the veil. It takes your eyes away from the dress. Do a beautiful headpiece or comb in your hair instead maybe?
